Well, wasn't sure about posting this just yet but hey ho.
This is the almost complete stage. I still need to add some detail, continuity etc but wanted to show you the overall effect of painting multiple canvases. I like the enormous size, the freedom to be 'in' the wood and feel a part of it. I am wondering about displaying as a circle into which one could stand and turn, to feel part of it. However, not sure if this is large enough but perhaps an arc would be possible and , I guess, would work better with the variasble perspective, the infinite perspective of a moving eye. ... hmmmnnn... just thinking. Will post again when finished. Any suggestions as to where I could display this are most welcome.
