Love the simplicity of this view.I am at about 730 feet above sea level looking down over bright lemon oil seed rape. The edge of Aldro wood frames the left hand side as the contours of the hill are emphasised by the line of the oil seed. At this elevation the cold north wind reminded me it is early spring still.
12x10 inch oil on canvas board, painted en plein air.
