I am delighted to say, I have had an animation, a digital animation drawing accepted for this year. The animation shows trees at a particular junction near Warter starting in winter then into spring, then into early summer full of bright greens, and finally as above in late summer. The video is approximately 10 minutes long and can be seen from Saturday the 27th of September. It is a meditation and a celebration of nature particularly of trees. It is an unassuming group of trees not far from those made famous by David Hockney ( Bigger trees at Warter) which are about a mile away at Dalton Gates. I have painted these trees many times at the venue, as small pochade box paintings to large multi canvas paintings using French easels.
