A late afternoon sketch using my iPad. A quick visit to Florian Poirot in Malton proved fruitless, or rather...macaron..less, as the premises were closed...subsequently saw this notice on their website...
'Our shop will be closed from 9th to the 27th January, due to our shop annual holiday closure. It will reopen from the 28th January 10:00 to 16:00'

It was interesting to see livestock in the old Cattle Market with associated wagons ferrying stock around. I moved on, explored 'The Shambles' before stopping near this house. It looked happily situated and, with little light left decided to try a sketch using my iPad.... so here it is.
