Here is a sketch of the factory, the dramatic Round House, produced while George was been walked. We all had a lovely time on a short break to see family and to explore the area. I particularly love the Round House where I met David many years ago shortly after it was built. At that time the only building was the Round House, and maybe a small shed gift shop. Now, there is a street furniture museum, excellent shop and cafe. I was so pleased to see a stool in the shop which was made by the Galvin Brothers of Beverley. As an engineer and product designer myself to see the Galvin Brothers alongside legends such as David Mellor and Richard Sapper was inspiring.
