This was a watercolour wash pen and ink sketch of a wet Hovingham. My favourite local...ish hotel, the Worsley Arms, sits tall and provides excellent food and accommodation. It is a good stop over place when visiting Helmsley and Guisborough when visiting family. Castle Howard is also just a few minutes away. I am looking forward to revisiting Tony and Sally, perhaps with a friend, as soon as this virus makes it safe to travel again.
