Beverley Beck 1993
Thought I should try and post something and when looking through my archive I found this. It is a view looking towards the end of Beverley Beck at the town end. The tall buildings on the left were Barker's Mill I recall, and there is still, at this time, evidence of industry on the right hand side with steelwork projecting towards the beck. The white building was and still is The Sloop public house. Of course much has changed since doing this sketch.

Great sketch, I live near the beck and always have a keen interest in what the area looked like before the residential development of the 2000s.
