Decided to pop over to Bishop Burton this afternoon and have another look at this view. Very windy and quite chilly - so did not dwell. Saw a police mounted rider pass by which reminded us that we wanted to sign the petition up at Trophy Foods, next to the police stables. It will be a shame to see the stables close due to finance cutbacks, always thought that their visits to schools as well as their main duties was invaluable. Especially in inner city areas where children had no access to horses this facility will be missed.
