South Dalton near Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire

I love this very quick sketch - one of two, it shows a distant church in South Dalton with sheep in the foreground. I remember that this was one of my earlier sketches trying out a fresh approach. While sitting in the field I was slightly anxious when the farmer appeared on a quad bike. He smiled and chatted and said it was okay for me to be there as he motored off into the distance with sheep following him.
