St. Mary's Church, South Dalton, East Riding of Yorkshire.

Another view of St. Mary's using my new varifocal specs. I used to do pen and ink work many many years ago and have enjoyed testing myself again. Pretty well decided to produce a range of pen and ink sketches of various East Riding churches now. Will aim to get enough done for a small exhibition here at home. This church is amazing, very tall and well maintained it is worth visiting. The spire of this and nearby churches reminds me of the racing term, "steeplechase" when literally  races between steeples were run.
