Shepherd Lane from Long Lane - looking towards White Hall.

Plein air on a windy day, oil on board 12 x10" Looking over toward White Hall farm.
Short video here Gusty wind made this a little tricky and thus rushed. Will slightly adjust when home, though I hate to do this with plein air paintings. However the values are there so it is acceptable I think. This is on sized board which had a dark umber ground. This makes the outlining composition obvious and blocking in straightforward. Will revisit soon and try a 20 x 16 on canvas before the bypass is started. I spotted three red markers which are used to set out the line of the bypass - can you spot them?
Happy painting
About to start
